Does AI ever build wonder?

: I may be missing the release notes. Does the current version of standard AI build wonder other than the Zeus temple? : I played through middle of a game and my wonder building was virtually unopposed. The AI only built the Zeus temple. : If the standard AI does not, is there any other custom AI does that? : Thanks for the great game, by the way.
