: I have been unable to successfully launch an attack land units and cities with my naval units. I have read and re-read the manual and cannot seem to find out what I am doing wrong.
Ballistics. Thanks for the advice. As you can guess, I'm still a very weak novice here. I usually get "creamed" an put out of the game before I get to Ballistics. I have reached thjis level three or four times before, but by the time I get there I am on such a defensive basis that I have not even thought of going out to attack any enemy cities. The next time I get to this level, I'll take a unit to an offensive city to see if this is, indeed, my solutiob.
