: : This forum is pretty much dead, anyone else notice this. : : Essentially, the most important thing is that some hard-core cEvo fans still DO play the game and enjoy it for what it is; a MUCH better alternative to anything i've seen around for Civ-like gameplay -- by far. : : Being open-source, free, relatively "unknown" in a number of virtual places, still actively developed by the original author, mostly --improving-- each & every time a new version is out... i'd say we've got a jewel of a game installed on our PCs. : : Considering it takes a lot of time to truly enhance such a thing, i'd even stress on the fact that Steffen has it nailed up pretty much. It's his baby. : Some would sure like MORE, faster, duh -- Over the years, it went from plain "incomplete" to incredibly good features. : : Best of all, interest is a matter of activity. We DO have the latest version, don't we? : In my case, the X-Worlds modding stuff will simply go on when & then. I'll keep pace. : That's life. : : (PS: The above post is another proof that our Forum isn't Dead, at all... btw) : :)
