Peat transformed to Coal!? (instead of Wine)

: : In the game, when I shift click on Peat, it indicates that it can be transformed to Wine, but I got Coal instead after it's done. Bug? Or is that meant to be? : : It's outdated documentation. : : There are places for early recources (hill->wine for example) and for industrial age recources(hill->coal). In early version peat was the early special for swamp and there was another swamp special recource (gas, I think). Since those often got drained to grassland/plains before industrialisation (at least in Steffens opinion), Steffen decided to make all special rescource spots for swamp early special recources (i.e. peat) Now, if you're on a peat tile that is normally an early special recource, then it will turn into wine. Is it normally an industrial special recource, then it will turn into coal (and industrialisation is needed to be able to see it)
