It's a pity KIAI isn't going to be developed further. It is versatile and much fun to play with. Because of its flexibility KIAI can give even more fun than stronger AIs. Probably, the only thing I'm really missing in it is the oversea expansion.
IMHO, it's the AIs or a multiplayer where the game could be improved most. The game itself is very good already.
